Using Advanced Features |
EO.Web EditableLabel offers a variety of advanced features. The following table summarizes how to use these features.
Feature | Remark |
---|---|
Show different styles (often borders) for static text mode and edit mode | Set NormalStyle and ActiveStyle. NormalStyle is applied when the control is in static text mode. ActiveStyle is applied when the control is in edit mode. Note that you should set both properties if you use this feature. |
Display hint text when Value is empty. | Set Hint property. |
Restricts number of characters to be entered. | Set MaxLength property. |
