Creating a New Slider/RangeSlider Control
Follow these steps to create an EO.Web Slider or an EO.Web RangeSlider in your application:
- Drag the Slider or RangeSlider from the toolbox to your form;
- Right click the control, then select "Edit Slider" (or "Edit RangeSlider" for a RangeSlider), or click the same menu item from the control's smart tag menu. The "Slider Builder" (or "RangeSlider Builder") dialog appears;
- If message box "This Slider (RangeSlider) does not have any appearance settings, do you want to start the Slider (RangeSlider) from a built-in template?" appears, select "Yes";
- Select a built-in template, then click "Create From Selected Template";
- Click "OK" to close the "Slider Builder" (or "RangeSlider Builder") dialog;
- Your Slider/RangeSlider control is now fully configured. You can run the page and see it in action;
Working with Slider/RangeSlider Values
Use the following properties to work with Slider/RangeSlider values:
- Use MinimumValue property and MaximumValue property To set or get the Slider/RangeSlider's minimum value and maximum value ;
- Use Value property to set or get a Slider control's value;
- Use LowValue property and HighValue property to set or get a RangeSlider control's low value and high value;
