Configuring FileExplorer Permissions |
EO.Web FileExplorer provides the following properties for you to fine tune permissions on different user actions:
Property | Remarks |
---|---|
AllowCreateFolder | Whether to allow user to create folder. |
AllowRenameFolder | Whether to allow user to rename folder. |
AllowDeleteFolder | Whether to allow user to delete folder. |
AllowUpload | Whether to allow user to upload new files. |
AllowRenameFile | Whether to allow user to rename file. |
AllowDeleteFile | Whether to allow user to delete file. |
Note these properties apply to child folders/files of RootFolder. RootFolder can not be renamed or deleted regardless of the permission settings, so are child folders/files or BrowseOnlyRootFolders, which are always read-only to the user.
