Returns a WaitHandle object that will be signaled when the task completes.

Parameters
- checkThread
- Whether to check the calling thread is the same as the thread to which this WaitableTask is assoicated.
Remarks
If checkThread is true, then this method check whether the calling thread is the same thread to which this task is associated. An exception is raised if they are the same thread because waiting on the same thread to which this task is associated can be dangerous since it stops Windows message flows, which is necessary for some controls (such as EO.WebBrowser.WebView) to function properly. To avoid this exception, pass false to checkThread.
