Hi Abrea,
We have looked into your account and your EO.Web Controls order was placed in June last year. We offer free one year upgrade for all orders, so it has actually expired for you this June. That's why you can not receive 2013 keys. We have manually moved your order date forward for two months, so now your free upgrade will expire in August. This will allow you to download the new keys. So if you visit your license key page again, you should see options to download 2013 keys.

Im having the same problem.
When i click upgrade it states that the latest version for EOweb is 2012, which is the version I have a license key for.
No new license key! Can you help?

I am also having this problem. The last time I tried to "upgrade" based on your suggestion my servers started bombing because of the licensing issue. My order date was 3/4/2013 so I should qualify for a free upgrade. What do I need to do to get the upgraded license?
