The Ajax uploader fails on Windows 8 with FireFox 22 (and possibly Chrome) It is OK with IE 10 and Safari. My users reported the error so I tried your /Ajax Uploader/Standard features demo The message is "Unresponsive Script" with a reference to http://demo.essentialobjects.com/eo_script/eo.bc8837xxxxxxxxxxxxor, of course, to my page (I can supply a screenshot if that helps)

Hi Payen,
You need to uninstall everything. The new download pakage is EO.Total, not EO.Web, and it contains EO.Web.dll 11.0.16.2, not .14.

There must be something wrong.
I've just downloaded, uninstalled, installed, and EO.Web.dll is still version 11.0.14.2, modification date 2013-06-26.

OK, downloading the build via the direct link it's updated to version 11.0.16.2
However, I'm getting an error: "License file 'xxxxxxxx\bin\eo_web.licx' is not valid for this build."
Am I to purchase a new license?

You need to download the latest build from our download page and then go to your license key page to download a new license key for the new version.

I am not showing a new license key yet when i click upgrade it states that the latest version for EOweb is 2012, which is the version I have a license key for.
