PDF filename changing in IE and Chrome PDF not generating Options

I have given PDF file name like 1AZabzÀÁ12Ã1ÅÆÇÈÌÍÎÏÐÑÒÓØÙÝ while PDF is not generating in Chrome browser and in IE browse pDF file name changed to "0%0%05%)5"..

Which product do you use? How do you generate the PDF file? Can you provide more details?
