Webbrowser and Windows Server 2003 Options

I recently purchased the eo.webbrowser component and I am very happy with it, but one of my clients is running into a problem running my software on his Windows Server 2003.

Basically the browser hangs up on the very first loadurlandwait. The page stays blank and it doesn't even look like the BeforeNavigate event is triggering.

Are there any known issues using the browser on Windows Server 2003? Or if not, do you have any suggestions how I can troubleshoot this further?
