Hey guys,
We are currently using EO in our support software to manage our learning tabs. Everything works fine for all our customers except for one weird issue with only one specific customer. They're located on a larger company wide network running the same software and presumably the same hardware, but this customer gets a 'System.Exception: Channel disconnected' error when attempting to access web links in our software (and only on one specific section).
My initial thought was that the connection was being blocked by some sort of firewall or anti-virus but they are adamant that's not the case as every computer on their network uses our software along with the firewalls and antiviruses and have no problems.
