We have noticed that with version 16 when the page size and output area are set and then the pdf is rendered the first page is different than the rest of the pages in a multi-page document. This is especially true when you set the page to be "Landscape".
I submitted a test project that will demonstrate the problem with the subject line "first page different".

Thank you very much for the test project. We are able to find out the root of the problem. This issue will be fixed in our next build.

Hello,
Is there a hotfix for this issue? I am encountering a similar problem in that page sizing no longer seems to work IE all pages render in 8.5 x 11 irrespective of page size settings. Page size setting worked in the 15.x build.
