When my users import a PDF from Outlook signed by EchoSign the receive an exception error saying "Invalid password". Is there a way to resolve this that I am not aware of?

Hi, This is probably due to the fact that the file is signed with AES and we do not support AES. This is one of the features we are looking to support. If you can send a test file to us we will be happy to look into it. See here for more information on how to send test file to us: http://www.essentialobjects.com/forum/test_project.aspxThanks!
