New window blank with v16 and 32 bits version of Windows 10 Options

I am using a 32 bit version of Windows 10 and newwindow events results in blank webviews. This is new in v16. and does not happen with the 64 bit version of Windows.

It can easily be recreated (on 32 bit Windows) with TabbedBrowser going to http://www.essentialobjects.com then clicking on the bottom right images (Facebook, ASP.net, etc...) to trigger new windows (or rather new tabs)
