Hello,
My company is considering the purchase of your PDF product. We previously purchased the web browser control corporate license, and renewed it this month. So far the experience with the web browser control has been very good, and I see there are active updates through the nuget interface in visual studio. Testing with the trial of the PDF library has also been very good, and I think it will be a nice fit in what we are trying to accomplish with some automated document creation software.
I am a bit concerned with establishing a communication with your company. I have created several support tickets, and the times I have received a confirmation code, I haven't received a response. I tried to send this request via email, and didn't get a confirmation with verification code. I would really appreciate a response to those tickets, and one to this ticket to know I have some communication line with you all in case I have questions. If you can, please email me.

Thank you very much for posting in the forum. We did receive your question on the GPU and we have replied that question last week. If you have not received our reply, or have any new questions, please let us know. Usually we reply pretty fast, but occasionally our support gets backed up a little and it can take a little bit longer.
If you have not received our reply, most likely because it somehow went to your spam filter (this is the very reason we have the verification code). If that is the case, please use the support forum instead. Since everything is public, you will be able to see whether your question has been sucessfully posted immediately. And our reply will be publically viewable to anyone as well. That way you don't have to worry about spam filter problems.
