I have a grid that is populated by a data table. If the SelectedItemIndex property is set and the grid has to scroll before it is displayed on the client browser the items that are outside of the viewable area are not displayed when the control is scrolled. For example the image displays a list with 50 items and the last item being selected on the server side. I'm using EO Total 2014, is there a fix for this issue?

Hi,

Please try to update to the latest build. I believe we have fixed an issue like this in the past.

Thanks!

Hi,

You need to get the current build from our download page, not the latest build of 2014. We provide free one year upgrade, so your 2014 license will cover the current build. You do need to revisit your license key page in order get a new license key for the 2015 release though.

I do notice that your one year free upgrade will expire in a few days. So you might want to consider renewing it. After you renewing it, it will cover any new version/build made before your new expiration date. It is slightly cheaper to renew before it expires instead after. So you might want to consider renewing immediately since your free one year upgrade only have a few days left.

Thanks!

I don't see under purchase any way to renew. Can you point me in the right direction?

Hi,

You will need to log into your account, then go to "My Orders" page. You should see a "Renew" under the "Subscription" column for your existing order.

Thanks!

The update to the 2015 grid did not correct the problem.

Hi,

Which browser are you using? We tested the latest build and it seems to work fine.

Thanks!
