EO.Pdf - Error When Saving Specific PDF Options

We use EO.Pdf in our application to load and manipulate bookmarks, and merge in other PDF documents. One particular document fails when we try to save it. I have found that simply loading the problem PDF as a PdfDocument and then trying to save it generates the same error about a null object. Unfortunately the error message did not help me to track down the source of the problem. Our program generates this PDF by saving from a Word document that has been generated using the Aspose Words library.

I have created a sample project with the problem file that you can download from : ftp://ftp.harboursoftware.com.au/EOPdf_Sample_001.zip.

Can you please advise what is causing this problem. This is quite an urgent issue as the particular document is needed by our customer for a meeting tomorrow.
