cannot creat instance of tabstrip control Options

I have used the tabstrip control before, but this morning I tried to create a tab strip to do some testing with the asp.net findcontrol construct. However, when I try to drop a tabstrip control onto the design surface, I get the following message:

Control cannot be created because Visual Studio cannot find the control's type in the control assembly.

Try to reinstall our product. You might have changed into another user account or something else has corrupted the installation. Once you finished installation, try them with a blank new project first. If that works, you can then update the reference of your old project.

FindControl is totally irrelevant.
