I purchased my license in Sept 2014, according to the FAQ I should be eligible to upgrade to the 2015 version for free but the 2015 license does not appear the My Orders page. Help?

Hi,
Please revisit your license key page for your old order. You should see a new option allowing you to download license key for the 2015 version.

I have the same issue. I just went and looked at my order which was from May 29, 2015. The license key link just lists 2014 versions of the product. Is there some other place I should be looking?

Hi,
I have the same problem. Still in the free upgrade period but only a 2014 key which is not working. Could you add me a new licence?
