We are having a problem with chrome's printing engine. We are printing to a thermal printer that lacks greyscale and chrome always applies anti-aliasing to the fonts. This is resulting in garbled text as well as barcodes that can't scan. IE and Firefox do not have this problem. Here are some images that illustrate the issue.

We have tried ...
text-rendering: geometricPrecision;
font-smooth: never;
-webkit-font-smoothing: none;

but nothing seems to help.

Do you know of any other flags we could set in the EO chrome based browser to help with the printing?

Hi,

This might be something beyond us. Do you see the same problem with Chrome browser? If you do, you can search for to see if you can find any Chrome command line flags that can turn this off. If such a flag exists, you can try to pass it to us through this properly:

We do not support all Chrome's command line flag, but we will make a best effort to support as much as we can.

Hi,

Yes we are seeing the same behaviour in the Chrome browser. We are currently checking for flags that might help this issue it's nice to know there is a way to pass them into the EO WebBrowser control. I'll post back if we are able to resolve the issue.
