Hi

I was exited to discover the ShouldForceDownload event, as we want to circumvent all plugins for pdfs.

But I can't seem to get the ShouldForceDownload event to be triggered.

I followed your guide on "Custom Response Handling", but my event handler is never called when I open pdfs.
