Hi,

This usually occurs when our script files fail to load. You can view your HTML source, then copy any of our script Url and try to load that Url directly in your browser. That usually will tell you the exact error that caused the script to fail to load.

Thanks!

Hi,

I have the same issue and have verified that all the scripts used on the page can be loaded.
My page is also functioning correctly but I get a number of errors indicating that: 'EO1510' is undefined.

This happens on IE11 and is not seen in Chrome.

Any ideas?

Hi Arjan,

We are not aware of anything that can cause 'EO1510' is undefined other than the script file not being able to load. If you believe you have verified all script can load, you can put the page online and we will be very happy to take a look.

Thanks!

Hi,

I am a bit further with this and have resolved the error but I don't understand why it was happening in the first pace.

The issue can be resolved by changing the styles of the containers in which the control is located.

On the div I has to change position from relative to fixed and on the form I had to change overflow from hidden to visible.

The first error is "Object does not support this action". The debugger breaks at EO1510=new Object();

Hope that helps. I can host the page a bit later for you to have a look.
