I'm getting an Intermittent issue EO.Pdf.HtmlToPdf.ConvertHtml()

The incident ID is: 3471862583528303351.
Sometimes the code runs and its fine other times it fails and i get an error message like the one above. Once it fails once it will keep failing. I use the same code to in two different sections on my site and one always seems to work and the other more used one fails. There does not seems to be any pattern to it. The only difference in the two functions is one uses a HTML template that gets converted and the other is dynamic html built up on the client site and passed up to the server. It does not seem to be an issue with the HTML as I've seen the same HTML both work and fail. The site is running on a load balanced server, not sure if that could be causing an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi,
This seems like a problem of some firewall software that you may have on your web server. You can try to contact your network administrator and see if they can help you resolving this issue.
