WebView already destroyed Options

Hi,

Recently we are getting the following exception when we try to load a URL:

4/8/2015 6:01:40 PM: Exception:: This WebView has already been destroyed.
at EO.WebBrowser.WebView.r()
at EO.WebBrowser.WebView.LoadUrl(String url)

This is particularly happening only on Windows 8.1. We have checked it with Windows 7 and they are working fine.

Any information on this is highly appreciated.

Hi,

Please check if you indeed have already destroyed the WebView. If that's not the case, please check the latest build and see if the problem occurs. Recently a Windows update issued by Microsoft broke the product and can cause this problem. We have since worked around it so it might have already been fixed in the latest build.
