EO PDF handling of HTML to PDF conversion Options

Support,

Is it true that the HtmlToPdf.ConvertHtml(html, doc, options) function sends the HTML to separate rundll32.exe processes that contain webkit browsers in order to do the rendering of the HTML and subsequent saving of the PDF?
