If I go to http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/performance/fishbowl/ on a Windows 8.1 32 bits PC, I cannot load another web page or navigate back. This except for some website like google.com and microsoft.com. Not sure what's special about them. The problem does not exist on 64 bits PCs.

This happens on the sample application as well.

I use the latest 3.0.99 WPF control

Also, I get FPS of 15 with 10 fish. Chrome gives me 60. Is this normal?
