I want to use the editor to display some HTML text previously saved using eo.editor, but I don't want the viewers to have any toolbars. I Can disable the toolbars using preview mode, but I would like to remove them completely. Can this be done ?

Hi,

I believe you can do that with a custom header layout:

You basically would just have an empty CustomHeaderTemplate.

Thanks!

Thanks. I got it to work, but I had to do a lot of deleting in the HTML of the aspx page. There seems to be a problem with the "editor menu" properties. It doesn't let me change the custom templates, it offers four options but always defaults back to custom. Also it would not let me remove any toolbar items via the editor properties menu. Not a problem for me, I managed to achieve what I wanted given your helpful pointer.
