Hi

We want to use your PDF component inside a BizTalk Pipeline component. The component is essentially an assembly what is called from within a BizTalk process, i.e. there is no executable (.exe) involved. Does the licence support this? and how is the licence applied in this case?

Also is there a limited free licence which removes the watermark that I can use to test with inside the BizTalk pipline component? I say remove the watermark because then I know that the licence is actually working.

Finally if we buy the component and it doesn't work as expected what is your refund policy?

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for posting in the forum. We do not have a limited free license for you to try to remove the watermark. However there should not be any problem with license code. You apply the license key and the watermark will be removed. That code has been there since day one and it should not have any problem with BizTalk or whatever environment. The license code itself is not complicated comparing with other parts of the software, and it does not depend on anything else. If there is a problem with your environment that prevents EO.Pdf from working, then something else would break way before the license code break, which you will find out during the trial.

For this reason, we do not issue any refund after the purchase. We encourage you to try the product as long as you want to make sure that it will indeed work for you before you make the purchase --- but as soon as you purchase and access the license key, we will not issue any refund. The primary purpose of this policy is to prevent fraudulent orders. The worst case if the license code indeed won't work for you (which we do not believe is possible and it has never happened before), we can produce a special build for you with license code removed completely. So that should not be a concern.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to let us know if you still have any more questions.

Thanks!

Thanks, yes that answers my questions. The reason I was asking about the licence code working within a BizTalk pipeline component is because we've been looking at using an existing PDF component that we have however the license that we have doesn't work because the pipeline component is not called from an executable and so the license is unable to retrieve the entry company name attribute. However the fact that you can offer a special build in the event that for whatever reason the license does not work puts my mind at rest regarding this issue.
