Callbackpanel Requires a license Options

Hi.

Im working in a project using eo.Total 2013 library.
Im working with a VS2010 Proffesional with license.
I have this message sometimes only in production machine "Callbackpanel xxxx requires a license". In my local machine, this message has never appeared.
I have not purchased any eo license.
Why is this message appearing in production machine and not in my local machine?
Can it be becouse i have VS2010 installed in my local?

For other controls you need to purchase a license in order to use them.
