Hi,
Standard support only provides support through email and support forum, where as with priority support, we can do support over the phone and remote sessions (we usually do this together since just phone call alone without actually being able to see anything is not effective to resolve issues). Additionally, when it comes to internal scheduling and handling support issues, we give priority support issues higher priority. We also give more weight to feature request submitted by priority support customers.
