Hello,

I have bought and implemented the Essential Objects Menu in a ASP.NET 2 web application and I have some issues in some case with big menus that can scroll. I have screen captures for both but I cannot upload them (can I send them to you by e-mail):

1) A submenu keeps displaying whereas a new one is selected. In this situation, the new submenu is not displayed entirely. So in this situation, we have to submenus displayed simultaneously.

2) When scrolling the big submenu (that is taller than the page height), at the centre of the submenu, the scrolled cells are overlapping and there is always a cell that is not correctly visible

Are these known issues at your side ? Is there a configuration change that could solve these issues ? (For information, I configured EO Menu to generate the physical files for the scripts).

Thank you for any information that could help me.

Best regards,
Julien Beck

Hi Julien,

It could very well have to do with scrolling. We've noticed artifacts related to scrolling with FireFox much more often than with IE, for some of them we were able to find workarounds but for most of them there appears to be no workaround because they are simply browser bugs.

If you can create a sample project to us we would be happy to take a look and see what we can do. We will PM you as to where to send the project.

Thanks
