Dear Team,

Please help me to use Slide Menu using SQL Table, I am not able use the same.

Following is the format of the table.
MenuID MenuName MenuDescription ParentMenuID MenuURL Cat_1 Cat_2
1 Administration Administration NULL NULL 1 1
2 Process Process NULL NULL 1 1
3 Approvals Approvals NULL NULL 1 1
