Hello together,
we create with HtmlToPdf.ConvertFromUrl a pdf-File direct from a html-File. This pdf-file will be send to SAP. In SAP we want to print these pdf-document. But the result of the print are hieroglyphics.
We analyse the problem and it could be that the font with CID are the problem. Could somebody help us? On the other way, it is possible to downgrade the pdf-Version to 1.2?

Hi,
No. You can't down grade it to PDF 1.2. PDF 1.2 was released in 1996. It's almost 20 years old. The oldest we can support is 1.4, which was released in 2001.
You can try to use only the so called standard 14 fonts and see if it resolves the issue for you. This includes several viration of Times, Courier and Helvetica fonts. Those fonts are the oldest fonts PDF file supports, so your system might be able to print them fine.
Thanks!
