We have a common function that sends an html string to be converted to a PDF using EO. This process has been working pretty well, but now we're seeing an issue where extra blank pages are being added to the PDF. The original reports that we created are still generating correctly but the new ones are adding this page. As far as I can tell the CSS is identical and the HTML structure is almost the same. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
Is there a way to attach or send my html and css to see if i've missed something? I don't see anything on this forum post page to allow an attachment.

Hi,
You can try to comment out the HTML code in your page block by block to see what triggered the blank page. Usually it will become obvious when you find out the trigger.
If you still have problems finding out, you can click "Submit Test Project" link on top of the forum to send us the file. Once we have the file we will look into it and see what we can find. Also you may want to consider upgrading your license to the current version since your license is for EO.Pdf 2012 and the free one year tech support associated with your order has already expired, so in fact we are not obligated to look into this issue. When you upgrade your license, you will receive the new version and also another year of free tech support.
