EO.Web Dialog version 11.049 positioning out of view in Chrome Options

Version 11.049.2 of EO.Web.dll opens the dialog control at the bottom of the page in Chrome. This problematic when the page is longer than one screen length because scrolling the page still does not show the dialog. This version works perfectly in IE11. Rolling back to Version 11.045.2 works perfectly in Chrome.
