We are having trouble with EO.PDF when running in manual trigger mode. We tried instead to get the EOPDFSP service running to handle the conversion requests but every time it is started there is an event log message that says:
Failed to create named pipe. error code:998
The service continues to run but it doesn't handle any conversions. This has happened on multiple machines, both on dev workstations and servers.
The current configuration I have where it is failing is: Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit, .NET 2 and 4 are installed.
I've tried changing the service logon user from Local System to Network Service and even a user account but I get the same thing.
Any help on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.

Hi,
This might be an issue on our side. We can make some changes to the code and provide you an update build to see if that works. If that still does not work, then we may need to be able to access your system so that we can run more test on your system in order to find out the root cause.
