we need to download again eo.pdf for .net 2012, is there a link to download it? or can we use eo.pdf from 2013 as it is part of free upgrade?

Hi,

Yes. You can use EO.Pdf 2013. However you need to revisit your license key page to get a new key for 2013 because each version uses a different key.
