Hello EO Support,
We recently purchased a license for EO.PDF for one of our clients and have gone through the process of transferring the license to them. However, they have told us that they have not seen the license appear in their account. Any insight as to why this is the case would be appreciated.

Hi,
That most likely is when there are multiple users in your clients organization and one of the picked up the license without telling the other. We have sent you a private message with the name of the account that current holds this order. You can let them know so that they will know who have the license.
Also please be aware that EO.Pdf is licensed by developers. So if your client has multiple developers, they will need multiple licenses --- usually when one person have claimed the license while another person is looking for the same license, it means they in fact need multiple licenses.
