Hello,

I am using a license version of EO pdf tool. What I do is, from the web I am creating a PDF report from the HTML. In the web page I have a submit button, on click of button I create the entire HTML behind the scene and pass it to the EO object and then show the PDF report in a pop up.It works fine but when I click the button multiple times to generate the same report again and again , once in 4-5 times I see the distortion. Header ,footer and content get shifted to left and out of place.I check the HTML and it's always same but while converting from the same HTML to pdf , for some reason I see that distortion. The website is actually hosted on Azure.I tried with no cache but that didn't help either.

Let me know if there is any solution to this problem. Any thing I am missing or any thing I should try to get this resolved.

Thanks,
Chidananda

Hi,

This would not appear to be a problem on the EO.Pdf converter. It should not matter when the same HTML repeats multiple times. It looks more like some problems in your HTML. I would recommend you to try to save the HTML that you pass to the converter into a HTML file, then try to gradually remove blocks from that HTML file to find out what's causing the shifting.

Thanks!

Thanks for your reply.
I checked each time and saved the HTML to see if anything is different but I saw the same html every time. I will keep checking. Anything to do with caching or any other external factor?

Thanks for your help,
Chidananda.

Hi,

No. Distortion should only have to do with your HTML or anything your HTML depends on (for example, CSS files).

Thanks!
