eo toolbar missing Options

Can anyone help me recover my eo toolbar. Tried View-->ToolBox--> .. but could not find any controls nor any namespace classes.

Hi,

The controls are for ASP.NET Web Forms. If you open a Web Form in design mode, you should see them.
