Hi,

You can manually add them into the toolbox and see if it helps:

Thanks!

I DO have them in the toolbox. The problem is if I try to drop them onto a form, nothing happens.

I still have not had a response to this. I would like to be able to use the controls I purchased. Please let me know what needs to be done so these controls can be used!

Hi,

Have you tried to delete what's already in your toolbox (it's better for you to delete the whole tab), and then follow the above steps to recreate them?

Thanks!
