Hi i change my hard disk and whant to use my license key that no longer works as it is already in use. I post a request for a new key but i can't remove the old one, using license Manager (old key not displayed).

I am on the same boat, my computer hard disk is totally crashed and all my files cannot be recovered. I cannot unregistered my license code on my computer; thus, my license code cannot be used on my new computer.

Well, not exactly the same, I cannot register my license key not even the first time.

Hi Carlos,
Your license is for the new 2013 version and this thread does not apply to you. You can follow the license troubleshoot guide link in the license error message to solve the license problems.
