Hi,

Please try the latest build and see if it fixes the problem. If it does, you will need to log into your account to download a new license file for the new build. If it does not, please try to isolate the problem into a separate test page and post the test page. Once we have that we will run it here and see what we can find.

Thanks!

Hi,

Please try to isolate the problem into a test page and post the test page. If you want to roll back to a previous version, please let us know which version you were using.

Thanks!

thank you for helping us, but our problem still exists and i want to post you a test page which i isolated,
so how to post this test page to, since there is no attachment option in your post area.
the biggest error arises from client side not server side.
thanks

Hi,

You can just post the page source code here. Make sure it only contains code needed to reproduce the problem and runs.

Thanks!

Hi,

well i have got the same issue with the last version of Firefox (v22 - release june 25, 2013).
Take a look at your demo page and you will see what happens.

Hi Seb,

Please download the latest from our download page. Our demo page is not running the latest build.

Thanks!
