Setting FooterHtmlFormat breaks manual TriggerMode Options

Hi,

When the FooterHtmlFormat property is set and the TriggerMode property is set to Manual or Dual, the conversion process never completes (it just hangs). Removing the FooterHtmlFormat option fixes the issue and the conversion fires normally.

This happens on both the 2012 version and the recently released 2013 version.

My specific footer configuration:

HtmlToPdf.Options.FooterHtmlFormat = "<div style='text-align: center;'>Page {page_number}</div>";
