Helvetica Family Fonts are not Rendering Properly Options

Hi,

We are in process of creating some pdf documents with "HelveticaNeueLTStd-Th" Font. Unfortunately we can not try any alternate fonts as it is some requirement.

The page is showing correct font, but when rendering it displays some junk characters.

Request for your early reply in this regard, we bought the latest EO.pdf 2012 version from your site.

tried using font-family, font & font-face, none of them worked for me

Hi,

Please check whether you have installed the font on the server, and whether you have the correct font name. Note the font name and the font file name can be different. To see the font name, you can double click the font in Windows/Font directory to open the font viewer, which will show the font name to you.
