Hi, I have basically the same question as has been posted on the forum here: http://www.essentialobjects.com/forum/postst6800_EOPdf-Check-Checkboxes-in-PDF-Form.aspx

In the response to the forum post you mentioned a fix in a build around June 21st last year. Has this fix perhaps regressed?

I am evaluating your product with a binary versioned 4.0.60.2, downloaded yesterday, and presumably the latest version. So far, of the products I am evaluating, Essential Objects is the preferred option, but this functionality will be necessary to move forward.

Thanks for your help!

Hi,

Very often this has to do with the file. It's possible that our code is able to handle one scenario but is not able to handle another scenario correct. So if you can send us the file that you are trying to update with our library and a small piece of test code that we can use the reproduce the problem, we will be very happy to look into and see what we can do. We will PM you as to where to send the files.

Thanks!

Hey, I sent the PM you requested, with sample files and code, on Wednesday. I was hoping to hear back from you before now, as we really need to get a PDF feature deployed by Monday. At this point I am going to have to move forward with another vendor, but if there is any way you can get back to me before close of business, Pacific Time on Monday, I may still be able to get you our business.

Even if this issue can't be resolved by then, I'd like to talk to someone about whether it can be resolved. If so, that would be enough to move forward. Please have someone from Sales or Support call me. See my PM for contact information by email or phone.

Thanks.
