Is the datepicker fully supported for mobile browsers? I am finding that attempting to use the month scroll buttons makes the datepicker monthly calendar collapse without changing months. Making the calendar pop up again shows the same month, so effectively it is impossible to change the displayed month.

Tried it on Opera, Chrome and the android native browser.
Page works fine on desktop browser.

Page is here

Hi,

Can you try to isolate the problem into a small test page and post the test page? We do see the problem with the above page but we are not able to reproduce it in our test environment. We tried a blank page with the default "Outlook 2003" template and it works fine ---- although it does take some effort in order to "click" the left and right scroll button precisely --- when user touches anywhere outside of the button, the drop down closes.

Thanks!

Try this one : just a datepicker and a calendar.

Works fine on a desktop browser, attempts to scroll the month on android browser makes it collapse. I think there is more going on here than just a fat finger problem, though that does confuse the testing sometimes.

Scrolling on the calendar seems to be ok.

Hi,

We can see the problem with your page but can not reproduce it in our environment. The version we tried is slightly newer than your version, so please download the new version from our download page first. Also please try to run the same test page locally without HTTPS to see if you are able to scroll the date picker drop down. In our case, we can scroll it as soon as we zoom in enough. As a temporary test, you can set TitleArrowStyle to have a solid background color so that you will be able to visually see which area you should touch.

Thanks!

Hi,

The datepicker doesn't support mobile browsers? As soon as you try typing into the boxes a date, this gets reset to blanks. This is also the same with Mask Edit.

I have tried it with Samsung Mobile Browser and Firefox Mobile browser and the same thing happens.

Do you have a fix?

Thanks,

Kam

Hi,

We tested FireFox and the stock browser on Android and it seems to be fine. I believe Samsung Mobile Browser and FireFox mobile browser uses the same core. So they are considered the same browser.

Thanks!
