Verify licens to DLL Options

Hi
We have lots of trouble with the license key at a customers web installation, and would like some help with the following:

I have a eoweb dll, and a license code. Is there a way to verify, that the license is indeed matching the dll?

Is it possible to download an old version of the EOWeb dll, i bought version 2010, but i can only download 2012 it seems? I may have lost the old dll because i changed machine since then.
