I just want to know whether is it possible to generate pdf from html with tooltips..

tooltips given in title attribute of html tags..

No. Tooltip is triggered by mouse move event. The HTML to PDF converter has no mouse. If you need to show anything, you need to display it with static HTML or JavaScript.
