You may have subscribed to a forum or a topic, which results in notification emails being automatically sent to you when a new post is added to the forum/post.

If you do not wish to receive such email notifications, you can unsubscribe from these forums/topics. To unsubscribe notifications from a forum, visit that forum first, then click "Unwatch" at the bottom of the page. To unsubscribe from a topic, visit that topic, then click "Options" at the top of the page, then click "Unwatch this topic" from the drop down menu.
