Hello Support,
I'm working on a web application, and the radio buttons value do not show up after printing but on preview all the values are there. We have debugged the code, values do store in the database, and we are thinking it has to do something with the EO control. It works on Safari, but not Firefox I'm fairly new to programming so please let me know if there is further information needed to resolve this issue.

Hi,
In order for us to look into an issue, you must first clearly isolate the issue and link the issue to us. We won't investigate an issue just because you think it MAY have to do with us (because if we were to do that, then everybody would just come to us whenever they run into any kind of problem). So you can try to duplicate the issue in a test page, and after that if you still believe you have enough reason to believe the issue is related to us, please post your test page and explain your reason. If that is convincing enough, we will investigate.
