Hi EO,
We have a server with Local IP 192.xxx.xxx.xxx. At the same time this server is able to access from VPN with IP 218.xxx.xxx.xxx.
We install our application in the server so user able to access it through both 192.xxx.xxx.xxx/applicationname and 218.xxx.xxx.xxx/applicationname
I have generate the license file for IP 192.xxx.xxx.xxx. But when user access through VPN (IP 218.xxx.xxx.xxx), the license message was displayed on the top of browser.
So how to resolve this problems?? Thanks.
Regards, Darren

Hi,
If you have a developer license, then you will have the option to generate a license file WITHOUT host name restriction. You can use that option and the license file will work with both IP addresses.
If you have a standard license, then you can NOT use it with two IP addresses because standard license is restricted to a single host name. If that is the case, then you have to upgrade your license to developer license.
Thanks!
